CIA/NSA still communicating with me via remote neural monitoring or related tech.
Is it possible something's implanted in my brain? MRI came back negative
34 year old, Asperger's, male from Boston
Feel like they will never stop communicating with me...

If your MRI came back negative there is nothing implanted in your brain. It's just your symptoms and your mind tricking you even though it seems real to you. Are you taking any antipsychotics as these might alleviate your symptoms.

I realize that it appears very real to you, but there is no such thing as "remote neural monitoring"; it's a paranoid psychotic delusion. Please seek professional help. Anti-psychotics have come a long way since the 70's, and have the very real potential of alleviating much of your suffering and greatly improving the quality of your life.
You don't have to live in fear.
