It kind of did for me. Especially near the end. I don't know why.

I found it funny but I am desensitized to horror.

The only thing that scared me was Silent Hill 1-4 (The games not the movies).

No. The interview with the 'former witch' made me snicker, the interview with the 'professor' made me roll my eyes, and the found footage part left me very unimpressed.
