Your Big Obsession

usually, I have one big obsession and several small ones-currently I am obsessed by the Kilroy Was Here story from the Styx album of the same name (I'm even going so far as to loosly base a story/play of my own on it)...It's so cool I can yap on about it and no one says shut up (I love this forum)

Right now, Celtic and Norse mythology. Usually, video editing.

Big ones: WoW and Autism / Asperger's Syndrome

Small ones: Whatever book I happen to be reading (usually non-fiction and related to science or sociology, but sometimes sci-fi)

Gah, WoW! The devil's game! I've been clean for a year, but my willpower has been sorely tested by the arrival of "Burning Crusade". That game is so freakin' addictive, I never would have graduated college if I hadn't cancelled my account. I've had to satisfy myself with lesser games so that I wouldn't reactivate my account.

Cars, and drawing things on photoshop has become my recent interest.

Right now I'm obsessed with WP.
But overall, my main obsession is anything history. All Saints Church on Oxford Rd at the moment.

Right now I'm obsessing over doing very well in school. So I'm doing very well in school (in terms of learning what I want to learn and getting good grades, as well as dealing with the inevitable bits of annoying societal stuff). I've found that I'm inevitably going to obsess over something, but I do have a choice as to what I'm going to obsess over. This is a good way to give a positive swing to this trait we have. Turning involuntary obsession into voluntary determination.
