Can bud light which is 3.5 percent in the UK y do less damage to your health?

At the moment I drink excessively socially once a week. I stay cleae of alcohol on sunday-friday

Depends on how many units a week you drink. 14 is the recommended amount for a male. (as I'm sure you already know). :roll:

Yeah I know I drink over that which is bad. Even if it's just once a week.

This has been an ongoing problem since lockdown lifted 3 years ago. When I drank beer at home during covid it was very easy for me to control how much I drank

In my opinion that limit is a joke. For years it was 21 units and in some countries it's 50 units. I've been drinking over 50 units a week for over 10 years and I'm still fit and healthy.

My dad has a 6ft6 280 pound friend who would drink like 20 cans of beer everyday. His doctor told him if he did not stop he will die
