The town of Otis, Oregon (near the coast) is for sale. This isn't a joke. The current asking price is $1,000,000.00

There's a town in Nevada called Nothing, Pop. of 4.
I heard someone there put it for sale on ebay, I'm not sure.

It's probably neighboring Groom Lake (Area 51).
