Changes from time to time

For instance, I find graph theory really interesting, especially graph algorithms, but because I spent too much time on it recently, I'm more into calculus atm, which is surprising since I don't want to specialize in continuous math

'Most interesting' is a moving target. It comes from your heart

needlework (knitting, crochet, cross-stitch, quilting)
books (mystery, sci-fi, Irish fiction, science, history, etc.)
animals
Monk
British TV/film
British actors
Music (classical, folk, world, oldies, eighties, bluegrass, country, novelty/funny, Celtic, etc.)
starting my own business
geology (particulary plate tectonics)

That's all I can think of right now. They tend to come and go, except for a few (like needlework) that are always with me. New ones are added from time to time.
