Invest and with the interest buy a condo, maybe go on a vacation and then give millions to charity and philanthropy.

I'd buy a boat, hire a crew, then go searching for shipwrecks. That, and purchase many motor vehicles. :thumleft:

i would found an organisation with the sole aim of completely reorganising the canadian economy into one based in agrarianism, and to move away from--and eventually abandon--industrialisation. i would do everything within my power to create a completely green, non-polluting canada.

Even though I'm not British, I would get the biggest house I can possibly get, I would donate money to some disability organizations and animal organizations (I draw animals), I would get my own Learjet, my own airport, get nice cars for everyone in my family (I don't drive), travel the world, and other stuff I can't think of right now. Maybe I'll take over the world like Microsoft!

Buy every Ferrari that is available, then a building to turn into the International Ferrari Museum.

The rest I would squander on a home in Hawaii USA....

I would give a generous endowment to this place.

I would buy a castle in Europe.

I would get a really expensive MA in Vocal Studies.

I would keep a gorgeous mistress who could accompany me on piano.

And I would adopt about 50 Siberian Huskies in need of good homes.

Thank goodness, because my response to this thread was going to be "How much is that to we Americans?" :D

I don't know, I would invest wisely, that's for sure. I would sell this house and buy a larger one outright. Not HUGE, but larger. I don't want to owe anyone for a house anymore.

You're kidding right? First of all, that's pounds (which dropped below a buck fifty last year), while Euros are last I checked hovering around a buck thirty (down from, like I think like a buck fifty over the summer)

* Send small slices of it to my relatives

Then I would have a decent amount to:
* Move to my own (small) place, furnish it and paint it to my liking
* Help people in the remote areas of Australia improve living conditions and health facilities
* Travel the world and learn from other people and places
* Take over as the majority shareholder of a football (soccer) club

The rest can go to different charities.
