Not much good to anyone who can't speak Russian. You might want to make clear that the video is in unsubtitled Russian in your original post.

I know only very few of the words. Bet she'd be fully against having her speech subtitled in a different language for the benefit of us "salty-backs" (swam across the ocean to get there).
