That's RADICALLY different. I don't even know jack about neurology and that blows my mind (no lame pun intended). Why is diagnosis so complicated if you can just brain scan someone? That's sketchy...

edit: So I re-read your whole post. So basically that's why we have sensory issues right? We just process too much bs at once and it screws us over? In hillbilly layman's terms anyway. That's actually quite fascinating. Does Grandin's book "The Autistic Mind" or brain or whatever explain the whole thing? My mom bought the book and read it herself and she's been trying to get me to read it for awhile. I haven't been interested... possible until now. Thanks ASPickle.
