Lets just say you're talking to someone, watch where there feet are facing. If they're facing towards you, this means they're interested in talking to you. When their feet are facing away like towards the door for instance, this means they're not interested or no longer interested in talking to you.

When someone is talking to you and they put their finger above their lip, this is a sign they're lying. For instance, honey does this dress make me look fat? *puts finger above lip* No you look great honey.
