Yeah this is a bad one for me too. It's like, after seeing what alcohol can do to a person, why would you want anything to do with it? And yet people keep drinking.

Exactly
But unfortunately alcohol can be addictive so

I got some fun childhood trauma from before my dad went sober (7 years now :))

I hate the word 'underwhelming', which is falling into use instead of the perfectly good 'mediocre'.

It's lazy, clever-clever sarcasm which trivialises the state of being overwhelmed.

Strangers being rude to me when I am out in public. Like grumpy bus drivers if I get something wrong when I’m buying a ticket.

I know everyone dislikes this but I seem to react more strongly & shut down more. I think it’s linked to anxiety and being bullied in the past.

In a world full of young people who just consume content, it's refreshing to find someone who deletes it.

People touching me in any way.
Sunshine (I want to block out the sun like Mr. Burns lol)
Food touching that shouldn't.
Condiments (someone one force fed me various condiments while I cried. I hate condiments.)
Tags on clothing, just uncomfortable clothing in general
People touching my belongings.
Crowds & lots of people talking at once
Condescending tones
People saying, "did I ask?"; you're not funny
Bigots of any sort.
People who don't understand how depression works.
People who fake sincerity to gaslight me or make fun of my gullibility.
People who make fun of my stimming or info dumping.
People who ask me personal questions.
The sound of aluminum foil and Styrofoam.
Travelling/airports and airplanes.
Plans being changed.
Having to repeat myself.
People commenting on my appearance (positive or negative)
People who ask me take out my earbuds.
People who are "apolitical."
Metal utensils.
Chewing gum disposed of improperly.
Being too hot or too cold. (which I am all the time...)

Yeah, I believe it has to do with low-self-esteem as well. In my case, I just want everyone to like me and don't understand when people are mean for little to no reason. I feel like most people can cope with these situations, but for me it hurts my soul, and I feel crappy for the rest of the day.

Yeah I definitely agree. When you have low self esteem it’s really hard not to take everything personally, even though someone else’s grumpiness might have nothing to do with you.

My only triggers come from my closest family members because I love them. Other people generally don't bother me. I'm usually not the kind to get angry or upset. If I do get upset I can find ways to dissipate it pretty quickly.

Oh I forgot one: irrational people do bother me. I usually just avoid them instead of trying to understand them. It's not my job to understand everybody. I'd rather spend my energy on something interesting.
