supported living programs In New York tri-state area?

does anyone know of any supported liveing environments in the New York or in the tri state area?

or does any one live at a supported living program and has information about it even if its not in the tri state area but just anywhere in the U.S. can you tell me about the program where you live.

im looking for a program for myself

Can you change your topic title to say "In New York"? We are from all over the world and there's no guarantee people from your state would look at the topic randomly. I'm not from New York so I don't know, but I wish you luck.
