The other thing most likely, from what I've heard, is Bell's Palsy. That happens when a nerve branch gets pinched near the jaw, and it causes the muscles on one side of the face to fail to work at all. It can go away by itself, but might require some physical therapy sessions, and likely a visit to the dentist to see if you have a problem with a wisdom tooth impacted and pushing near that nerve branch.

I think you may be onto something. I'm ok now. I'm still going to watch my symptoms. It may have just been a combination of medicines that triggered it. Like I said I was feeling really tired. Or it could have been stress.

I think you just gave us a textbook description of a stroke.
That's what I'm wondering about too.
If I had these symptoms, I'd definitely not think about posting it to the internet first.
I could only manage to walk over to my computer desk which is right next to the bed.
I couldn't talk and I can't drive.
How was I supposed to get to the hospital?
