I've been in China and they sell a sleeping pill OTC there called "Zopiclone" and they will put anyone out. Took some on the flight back and it worked well.

Last time I flew a long-haul flight was to Australia - I spent a bit of time in the galley socializing and talking to the flight attendants and a track team from LA on the way back home.

My last flight was to New York on JetBlue, and I kept myself from pacing - one of my stims with their in-flight DirecTV, trying to finish off Twilight, and my laptop. And a gin and tonic as well.
