learning dating rules

Hi there,

i am nearly 30, and i just found out that there exist some dating rules such as i should kiss her at the second date or so... i am rather surprised. It seems to me that there are lots of social rules which i just don"t know, and i wonder how the others know them, how and when did they learn them? and why did they learn them faster??

I think NTs find out about dating rules from chatting with their friends at high school. I dont think those dating rules are fixed, I think they are just guidelines. Most people Ive met in real life do not follow them. Ive never follwed 'dating rules' and I think its good to just 'go with the flow' and see how things are between you and your date and do what feels appropriate.
