I am a 21 year old female with undiagnosed AS. I need to find either a support group for adult Aspergers or a doctor who specializes in adult AS in Colorado, preferably near Denver. I am having a lot of trouble finding someone and am getting desperate, so any information is welcome.

Thanks everyone. I don't really have the money for a formal diagnosis, nor for a doctor, because I'm about three years too old for the state mandated insured autism treatment. Hopefully I'll be able to find something.

Oh and just fyi, meetups really only has resources for CHILDREN and parents with autism. Adult aspergers is really tough because most of the resources out there seem to be for kids.

Apparently University of Denver has a support group for Asperger Syndrome.

Noticed there weren't a lot of good responses, and I've been searching for the same thing myself, so I'll dredge up this thread and post my findings:

^The woman who runs the place (Linda) has relatives on the spectrum, and specializes in diagnosing autism spectrum conditions, including in adults. She's in CO Springs.
