how many WPers are both clumsy as well as bite their cheeks?

how many people here have lifelong clumsiness [i.e., tripping over their own feet, bonking their heads into things, et al] as well as lifelong accidental inner-cheek biting when eating? I just bit my cheek again for the umpteenth time during lunchtime and i'm sick of doing it but can't seem to avoid it. DAMN!

I recognise the cheek biting, and sometimes in half-sleep, my jaws snap and I bite myself hard in cheek or toung. OUCH!
It must be the release of tension around the jaws (Or I may have been a pike in an earlier life).
The rest I can experience in case of extreme nervousness.

I'm occasionally clumsy enough to fall into more or less every scenario that gets brought up this way. Most of the time, however, it scales back to a manageable level of ungainliness. I seem perfectly normal or above average when doing anything I'm familiar with. I rarely have entire days when nothing goes my way in this regard, but when they happen, it's usually because something in my workflow or social life went truly haywire.

I do this, as well as taking chunks out of my tongue, often.

Very painful. Second only to mouth ulcers.

I accidentally bite my tongue often too. I always assumed it was due to my missing molars.

I am pretty clumbsy, and also occasionally bite the inside of my cheek. Not everyone does? It's not an every day thing, though. More of a once every couple of weeks thing.

I am clumsy,I've hit my head getting into cars and bump in to things all the time.I always have a bruise or two.I tend to swallow wrong more than most people when I am drinking,it never happen with foods ,just liquids.

This tends to happen to me on rare occasion.

I have scar tissue built up on the inside of my cheeks from biting them so often over the years. Now I have TMJ it happens more......

I bight my tongue a lot too.

I do like ice cream, so I thought I should also ad I am clumsy and occasionally bite my cheecks. Haven't done it for a while though

Sometimes I am clumsy especially if my energy is low, I get embarrassed if I walk into a wall or something. I bite my cheek or my tongue much more often than my husband does and I hate it, it really hurts.

I bite my cheeks a lot by accident and sometimes when I'm really nervous, I do it on purpose and don't notice until it really stings.

I have a little thing I say whenever I am in a situation where I might bump my head: "I'm not going to bump my head." Whenever I have to go under my desk to retrieve a lost pen, reach far into the car while standing up, or any situation like that, I just say my little thing and I hardly ever bump my head anymore.

I was going to comment that cheek biting isn't exclusive to AS as my mom has it happens all the time too, but then I realize she may be mild-autistic or AS herself.
