Got the shortest letter in history sent to me, saying they've received my referral about an assessment for Autistic Spectrum Disorder, and that I'm on a waiting list. That's all the letter said. No time frame, nothing.

That's really winding me up ever since.

How big is the clinic you were referred to? My wait-list was eight weeks long, but that was at my university where the candidate pool is basically only 30,700 people (though the services are open to the public as well, not sure how frequently they get used by non-students). I would call them and ask for a time-frame. It's annoying not knowing.
