So I am doing the yearly update of section 8 housing paper work and I am on the race/ethnicity section. Do you think the people would care if along with White/Hispanic I marked other and wrote lion in the blank? Like could this mess with my paper work not getting in on time and the like?

Thanks

You don't want someone thinking the whole thing is a joke and throwing it out.

My friend worked for the SSA, and if they received disability paper work with goofy crap like that they tossed it into the trash and sent a denial letter. The workers didn't even look over the rest.

Believe, I get the urge to write smart ass stuff on document. I know it is extremely hard to get Section 8 housing in my area. It first goes to families, and if you are non childed dude, consider yourself lucky. I think the waiting list is 8 years for single men.

In short, save the stand up comedy for your friends. You do not want to give the government an excuse to broom you to the curb.

I think that would be a pretty dumb idea, considering Section 8 is so hard to get.

I could understand the temptation, though.
