I have a friend asking me if there is any test out there that measures how severe (or mild / moderate) the person's Asperger's is. Any suggestions?

There you go: http://www.childbrain.com/pddassess.html . It's for autism and for a child, not AS adult but may help you.

Social Responsiveness Scale 2 the one of the ones they used to assess me.

Ranges 59 and below no impairment, 60-65 mild, 66-75 moderate, 76+ severe.

My average Tscore was 87 (severe).

Social awareness (how well individual reads and conveys social cues) averaged 70 (moderate)

social cognition (how well the individual interprets social cues) averaged 83 (severe)

social communication (how well individual functions rules of social language) averaged 85 (severe)

social motivation (extent individual is motivated to engage in social interaction) averaged 83 (severe)

and autistic mannerisms (restricted range of interests and stereotyped behaviors) averaged 86(severe)

The averages were taken from multiple sources completing the form including myself. In each case though they all fell with Tscores in severe range (88, 83, 90). It's supposedly very accurate and able to be used for the assessment of the DSM-5 criteria.

Here is an AQ test (autism spectrum quotient)
http://aq.server8.org/

I've never been screened for autism by a professional but I just now took that test and scored 42 O.o between 32-50 is considered very high apparently, and most people with asperger's or high functioning autism score 35...

I scored 142 Moderate. Those with mild-moderate autism, would they possibly score lower?

I took the test Kiriae posted twice, once for what would be correct when I was a child, one for now.
The results were respectively 94 and 71.

I took Kaylami’s test twice too, because I think I got a question wrong, and got 33 vs 34.

My average Tscore was 87 (severe).

This was used during my assessment as well. Both my wife and I completed the questionnaire.

Based upon my responses, my average Tscore was 76. Based upon my wife's responses, my Tscore was 77.

I also done the severity test twice and my result were 114(child) and 104(adult).

I have done AQ test a few times already and I am getting results between 39 and 42.
