Recently ive begun to have this awful sinking tugging knotting feeling in my stomach. It seems to be brought on by anxiety. It's also pretty constant, starting around mid afternoon and going on for hours. Oddly enough it settles down by the morning. I tend to bury my negative emotions and have perfected the art of self delusion where my sense of well being is concerned. Im wondering if this is psychosomatic pain, that is, could my body be telling me that I need to attend to the source of my anxiety? If so how should I approach this?

That feeling is typically the start of a meltdown or seizure. Take your pick.
