Compared to how I was 2 weeks ago I was really bad not wanting to leave my flat but this week I am the complete opposite and I am enjoying everyday as it comes.

I get this I go really low one week and then the next week or a week later I am the complete opporsite is this normal.

The only problem I'm still getting is my sleep pattern I don't sleep very I am active but my mind is also active with it.

I get that way sometimes too. Its usually like clockwork though. usually, for a couple weeks i am up, and then i drop for two weeks. I take meds and that seems to help. Glad you are feeling better.

It could also be cyclothymia, which is similar. :)

I find that 5 mg of melatonin right before bedtime helps me get to sleep when my mind is racing...

Good for you Mr MacPhisto. :D

And I think I can understand that too... and I believe I could have cyclothymia... and it sounds like yes - you could too.
