My counting letters and sentences on the TV has stopped for three days. I have had a cold for three days which could be interfering with my counting. What a relief. After you have a thought your brain uses chemicals to stop the thought. A brain with OCD doesn't stop thoughts in the proper manner causing repetitious behavior and anxiety.
