If you go to his blog right now, there's a link to a WWF (World Wildlife Fund) fundraiser thingy that he's doing, that will help him with his medical expenses. He's got some kind of video streaming thing going on, so you can see him, doing his thing. Go check him out. I won't say donate some money, because that's probably against WP rules for me to say that. But the poor guy's medical expenses are through the roof, so, you know.... Hint hint. He's obviously put a lot of effort into this.
