If someone knows how to help in the area, i suggest getting involved. member is reaching out but not connecting.

I post this thread in hopes the subject might draw more useful local attention.

Possibly, he can even get a job there, seeing the way he is going 8).

it is probably hard if have only got library internet though,they limit that a lot,and he may be forgetting what was said as well.

they have quite a lot of charities and hostels and things for homeless people here,is there nothing like that
easily accessable in US?
