Well I'm glad it's not a competition

I've told my daughter that what ever is left of me after I'm dead is to be given to medical research

I actually like the thought of my skellinton hanging around in some classroom somewhere. My bones rattling about and that like a marionette. It gives me a good feeling about death.

A competition? Nope.

It's not like me to have so many appointments but they're all free on my insurance if I do them before February, so I'm cramming in as many services as possible before they expire.

I have (3) Occupational Therapy appts, (1) Osteopath, (1) Massage, (1) Trauma Therapy, and (1) Dental cleaning.

Then I can collapse happily, and be retired.

My entire body is aching and I have terrible, dry cough.

I feel 100 years old. I am 35 in reality.

Well you just take it easy then.

I felt a bit ropey before but it turned out I was hungry but I've lost my appetite for eating so eating my tea was a chore but I feel better now so it was worth eating it

^^^^dilution is the solution to pollution, IOW keep well-hydrated to wash the bad humors out of your system. and bolster your immune system with echinacea, goldenseal and vitamin C for best results. don't take the echinacea for more than a week at a time with a 3-week break in-between uses.

I want something done as soon as possible.
I don't mind spending hours but... Sometimes I like to.

But so much so with the urgency, that my shoulders tenses up without me knowing for HOURS and my neck just HURTS.

I think I hold my breath sometimes and I don't know.

I feel better today than I have all week...well than the last few weeks actually.

I don't know if I've had some kind of virus or something. I'm still going to see the quack next week because my poo is very light in colour (orange in fact) but at least it's not coming out of me like water now since I stopped drinking coffee in a morning time.

I seriously thought my health was declining the other day. It was depressing me. Maybe I've got a digestive system issue but I'll speak to the experts about that

I seem to have got my appetite back as well so that's a plus.

Please no one diagnose me with anything.
Thank you.

Only my upper back aches now, not my whole body.

It's an improvement.

As long as there's an improvement
