I'm likely this skinny fat person. And I never have body image issues.
Outside; looking fit and skinny, not overweight. Yes, I'm "pretty". Yes, I do not have issues with my clothing sizes and it is convenient. Inside; not really as blessed. Likely slew with hormonal imbalances and undiagnosed illnesses -- lifestyle does not help. Activity or diet is never consistent. I can act like I'm in shape, but I don't think my body is very proficient.
Without whatever gene I inherited from my mom, I'd probably like my dad's side of the family that's visibly fat and overweight as is all those hormonal imbalances and health issues. Thus why I do not give a damn about weight.
Thus I do not believe in losing weight through "discipline"; genes and the hormones you possess is like at the bottom of the pyramid of biological processes. It had to be 'tailored'. I struggle to gain them. Why not the inverse cases?
I think just feeling good and healthy is more important.

Does anyone know what heterogeneous means in simple terms
Heterogeneous means made up of elements or ingredients that are not alike. It can also mean different in kind, unlike, or incongruous. For example, you might describe a group of people as heterogeneous if they include artists, politicians, and social workers.

Thank you. I'm trying to work out what this means. I know it has a drop down for how to work it out but it might as well be written in Russian as far as I'm concerned
Is above good or bad. I've searched and searched on Google but it's all in scientific language
I think I might have got the word wrong in my original question so sorry about that

Heterozygosity is a lesser known term than heterogeneous, I would think.

Well it's definitely lesser known to me
Same. From what I can gather from a quick search engine query, heterozygosity is some kind of measure of how many alleles (versions) of a genomic marker that you have, that are inherited from parents.
If the same versions of two genomic markers are inherited from two parents, then that would be homozygous, whilst different ones are heterozygous.

I'm switching to soya milk from tomorrow. It's already in my fridge and ready to go.
I've been drinking lactose free dairy milk for a while but I like soya milk in drinks when I'm out and it's literally half the price of my usual stuff so I'll see how it works out for me.
