I'm struggling to do a task that requires focus and mental effort.

I came to a point where it's impossible to get something done.

What's your advice? I dont want to use meds

I don't think you're going to like my advice... :wink:

ADHD medications work differently on people with ADHD than with neurotypicals, so if getting addicted to stimulants is something you're worried about, I speak from experience when I say that it doesn't do that. :) I've missed my Vyvanse dose before and all it really does is make me a little sleepier and hungrier.
