Hello,

I've been reading a lot of material about Schizophrenia recently, and was wondering if I could have some recommendations for books that portray it accurately and realistically. I've read so far:

Freaks Like Us
Me, Myself, and Them: A Firsthand Account of One Young Person's Experience with Schizophrenia
This much I know is true

Read a lot online too. Particularly interested in stories told by the person, about what they're experiencing.

Thanks.

Forget books, watch Jacob's Ladder or Beautiful Mind.

The Eden Express by Mark Vonnegut is a good first-person account of the highs and lows of schizophrenia written in a sort of beat poet-y style.
