I've had a pretty hard case of it for 9 years, but a lot of it is not as bad as it used to be.
Hallucinogen persisting perception disorder (HPPD) is a disorder characterized by a continual presence of sensory disturbances, most commonly visual, that are reminiscent of those generated by the use of hallucinogenic substances.
this is the most common symptom i've had for 9 years.
HPPD noise simulation, often referred to as visual snow
I also have other visual symptoms as well I won't get into right now.
I have many other problems from hppd that aren't necessarily contained as visual symptoms I won't get into right now either. One of the symptoms I have I'm not sure if it's even heard of.
I've never talked about it with anyone irl but my close friends because I'm kind of scared of what they might think.
Also having anxiety doesn't help that issue either.
Anyways, if anyone has it, or knows about it, or has done research on it, I'd be very appreciative.
