not sure anyone really cares, but here are a couple different poems of mine:

a) "The Victorian"

Onyx on occasion
The Victorian fades in
In a sea of tophats
The Victorian fades out

Abandoned, his abrasions
Avert an apostasy and
heal themselves properly with
No happenings of hypocrisy

Hypocrisy no, but he is fake
Perfecting his vengeance without mistake
Upon the gender-the root of his sorrow
And all little girls shall pine for him tomorrow

Onyx on occasion
The Victorian fades in
To engage in the delights of primal sin
But only when his true self is denied
Collectively, his rage is supplied
With this rendition of Jekyll and Hyde
And if he ever finds himself again
The Victorian fades out...


b) "Requiem"

The vastness of this majesty
Across this field-a travesty
In plain view is a tragedy
In the killing of His own

For in this great white sea
Of ice is a sin to see
My taking of her air to breathe
A crimson landmark shown

But in all this majesty
I cannot help but feel serenity
In the silence of the secrecy
The night seems to own


c) "A Retreating Presence From My Life"

A retreating presence from my life
Familiar figures afar figure not this strife
At closer glimpse, relaxing squints dejectedly
We retreat from light to tints darker respectively

"She is the one," I thought more and more
From Adonis to Aphrodite, all my adore
So he was Venus' lesser, so I be the lame?
I can't unequivocally acquire, tho the sum figures the same.

Floundering like the sea, buoyed so barely
Afloat long enough to see the swan's song sailing
Toward the shores--I feel the apostasy of the knife
And the retreating presence from my life


d) "I Wish The World Had Bigger Problems"

I wish the world had bigger problems
So that trifles would be solved
The dilemmas in between
That destroy little lives

And all the reason that we cherish
So vehemently in love would perish
In solidarity.
