Lots. I think God intended for us to NOT date and be sad, lonely, depressed and suicidal.

Yep. Aspie men are just f****d, period. I'm considering suicide if I can't get into a relationship soon or if the only girl I manage to find is a prude or she's got issues herself.

It's like an uphill hike, in the snow, with 50mph winds blowing in your face to fetch a hamburger.

Dating is not something we're well designed for.

It's possible, but the effort usually outweighs the reward. Depends how hungry you are of course.

It's Darwinism at work. We are the weakest links socially. It would be much better if we had arranged marriages instead of us trying to do it ourselves. I WISH we had that option

You know me, I am FAR from being a Pollyana, that's for people in happy relationships.

But on the other hand, the thing about love/romance is that something actually could happen suddenly that changes everything.

Yes it's pretty improbable, but certainly not impossible - and I would like to be around when/if it happens...

Probably just as non-autistic women who are shy and don't have great social skills.
All people suffer to an extent at dating.
I'd be very surprised if anyone has got EVERY person they've ever wanted.

I know lots who have a very difficult time & I know women who also lots of problems finding dates because of their looks or their personalities. I think me & some other Aspies would do much better in a relationship than trying to find one because of our social issues which is why we should have arrange marriages so we can skip that step
