Confusing, yet Welcoming

While in a bar, a presumably drunk girl that I was complete strangers with me started getting physical with me (i.e. putting her arm around me). Since physical contact with a girl was rare for me, I just let it happen. However, I was confused about why she was doing this and did not know how to fully react. Let's just say that nothing came of it.

that's pretty fast, i never like bars for that reason

How old was she? I find cougers like to do that a lot.
