This started out by you saying your housemate wants to have sex with you, however she isn't sending out the signals.
I would still like to know, how was it then, that you were aware she wants to have sex with you? Did she verbalise it?
Btw I totally disagree that women look for status in men.
Imo there is a huge difference between being drawn to someone who has no drive or will to accomplish a better life, than being selective about their status per se.
We all obviously drawn to people in a physical way up to some point, but to imply that "hotness" is a natural selection of evolution is a tad simplistic.
As a woman, I can honestly affirm that hotness means nothing to me. It's also a very individual preference. I prefer strength of character, kindness and passion, in a man. Like Nessa had mentioned, looks fade, and then you're left with nothing if the other qualities that really matter, weren't there to start with.
