Being single, I find one major problem is that my libido is never sated (and please, no one make suggestions about lending yourself a hand). What happens is that, when I'm talking to an attractive woman, my sex drive starts taking over, and the conversation becomes more and more sexualized. This is hard to prevent because it's based on hormones and is largely automatic. I don't think this has been a major contributor to my trouble with meeting women, but it's possibly played a role (I suspect some women may actually prefer a virile libido).

There is medication available that numbs your hormones and thus kills your libido for a while, while leaving other feelings (such as emotional attraction) intact. Like an on/off switch when it comes to sex drive. I took it for a while (not because my libido is too high but because my phobia made it easier to not have any sex drive at all) but the side effects made me feel hyperactive constantly, most people have no issues with this however so maybe you should ask your GP if this medication can help you.

I can look up the name for you if you want.

I exercise what little self control I have and beat off a lot. My dates with Rosy Palm have kept me out of trouble more times than I can count. :P

Drugs are for weaklings. Absorb your problems with your big hairy manly chest.

nonsense. If you feel you have a problem, medication is a logical next step (medication I said, not drugs)

And these pills can help for this problem, I experienced that myself (I had no high libido but the medication I got took all that was left away... if it wasmn't for the hyperactive side-effects it would have been a great aid)

Please do. I think I could use a bit more hyperactivity, and a lot less of my utterly useless libido.
