I am a 25 year old autistic male with a complicated background. Two years ago I had the rare opportunity to teach autistic middle school students and give lectures to college students seeking degrees in special education. I developed a curriculum that taught students how to comprehend emotions and social situations through literal interpretations of various art forms. At the time I thought very highly of my educational approach, but now I am not so certain.

I'm living in San Francisco now and find it hard to just function normally with a regular job. I miss teaching and am curious if others in this community think I should still pursue it. Bellow are various examples from an after school class I taught to middle school age students with autism. I coached the same students in the two voice over projects that are also shown.
