For example, whenever you just say "Hi" to somebody, you just have nothing else to talk about? This happens to me either in real-life or one the computer.

Yes, but only when it matters! If I'm trying to make an impression, I end up totally overwhelmed and blank out.

yeah i do that a bunch too, it's hard to think of things to actually say XD.

my friends are actually really cool about it... we've kinda made a game out of it, so we now just have the rapid-fire greeting exchange conversations which actually end up being really comical...
example convo:
"hi"
"yes"
"what"
"no"
"ok"
"thanks"
"huh"
"yes"
"i agree."
etc, etc... lol, we get some weird looks if we're around others, but it's fun meaningless conversation... but if i don't know the person i just shut up 8O

Yes! Hehe, I can't make small talk to save my life. If I know the person well I might not even bother to try to start a conversation... it's a bit awkward. Of course there are many possible topics of conversation I could use, but they wouldn't be appropriate (going on about linguistics or how much I really dread the next class period).

Sometimes.
Well.. actually, almost never.
Just in front of new people, and if I have to do a report or presentation in college.
Then I'd be like,

'Um... this is.... uh... I don't know what to say' - and then I'd laugh, which is why most people in my classes at college think of me as a clown.

Yes. Whenever I'm around other people my thinking is usually off. As soon as they're gone I can think of all the things I wanted to say or what I should have said. While in their presence I'm like a robot, can only say prescripted type things or answer questions.

This happens to me. It's hard to improvise. I do a lot better with written communication such as this, because I'm allowed to take a lot of time to write my replies.

Sometimes in real life and online this happens to me.

Online it can usually be excused, but in real life...not so much.

I don't really care though. If I don't know the person then it doesn't matter as I probably will never see them again.

Yeah, that's me 95% of the time. Beats me how I'm supposed to talk to people without having anything to say.

Yes with small talk, but I do the same thing Ebec does, I can ramble on about subjects or issues.

I think that's what keeps most of my peers and others at bay.
