Is it just a term that is tossed around, or are there real criteria for BAP? I definitely don't experience the symptoms of AS, but wonder if some subtle social difficulties might be an indicator of BAP...

There is a test on OKCupid that lists BAP as a type. That's the only place I've seen the term used much.

I came out definitely BAP and possibly aspie on this test, but I've similarly been unable to find a concrete list of BAP criteria.

There are no criteria for BAP, but WP is just as good for learning about BAP as ASD, I think.

BAP means having autistic traits that are lesser in severity, frequency, and variety than the autistic traits in ASD.

I made that scale, and yes, autistic and BAP are lumped together. The test I copied only had cutoffs for BAP.
