Really bad abdominal tension and pains and anxiety tonight.

Cheers guys. Voices and physical stuff not too bad atm. Still drinking too much though.

Seeing the mental health team tomorrow and on the waiting list to see a therapist.

Good to hear! I hope someone is able to help out, at the very least with alleviating the physical issues. It would be good to have something more reliable and less damaging than alcohol

Thanks GVW. Have switched from Magners cider to vodka and slimline tonic to try and sort my blood sugar out. Voices and physical stuff not too bad at present. Seeing an occupational therapist on 10th Oct. :)

Pretty bad physical symptoms this afternoon. Very tight chest/abdominal pains and anxiety. Have had 2 cans of cider and now on the vodka and tonic.

Feel like crap this afternoon (abdominal tension). Back on the gin and tonic to try and get some relief.
