I was a little nervous while waiting in line, felt like a meltdown was coming on. My grandmother fortunately went with me and started a conversation and I kind of calmed down. Everyone else was very polite too, they wanted to know what was wrong. My grandmother said I was autistic. The two guys in line ahead of us were veterans from Korea and Vietnam respectively and they were really nice about it too.
The Korea guy said, "You're doing fine. I'm proud of you, young man."
I felt very good about it and I'm glad I finally voted. I feel like I did what I could for my country.
