Does anyone get tics?

Hi, new here and was wondering if anyone had tics? Lately I've had what I can only assume is tics, shoulder shrugging and pulling the muscle down in my jaw. I had them when I was younger and thought they were gone for good but its as though they've flared up. I've been feeling really self conscious about them, I don't know how to stop them.

I don't know if mine are tics!

It's really odd....I will just be sitting here doing something and all the sudden I have this spasm that turns my head and makes me wince....

I can't stop it. So I'm not much help because I have no clue. Oh well. Sorry.

My eyebrow used to tick.

My back has been doing weird things these past fews year, but I'm not sure if it's because of a tic or not.

I've had a Tic disorder since childhood. Seroquel controls it. I still have minor ticks but the more severe ones made walking complicated. It was slightly more difficult and I looked like a freak as well.

Im glad im not alone. @jellycat my eyebrows tic too, its my least faveourite one. Do you guys know if its related to Autism?

Yeah, I get some facial tics I've only recently become aware of. Not super frequently or bad or anything, so whatever, it is what it is.

I have mild TS which I can control when with people,
But when stressed it comes out in the form making
loud sniffing and mouth twitching.

I dont think so, i know i can supress mine even if only for a while

I have a couple tics.. One of my more annoying ones is a shiver I get down my spine and it kind of makes my neck flick and sometimes my left eye closes a bit and it gives me tingles. I also tend to flap only when I'm upset or flutter my fingers. Stuff like that

I used to flap my arms and jump up and down. Now, at home, I run around the living room when I feel good. Occasionally I get this tic when I wince and quickly shake my head. I have learnt to control my tics in public places such as in the town and at school.

I've tics, bust just mild, and I'm taking magnesiume on regular basis, what helps against my tics.

No, it's not the same.
I have both and I "feel" the difference between "muscle spasms" and my "tics".
They are also both different.
