My being autistic or not autistic is still up in the air (though PDD-NOS seems to be the direction that family and doctors are headed in), though my symptoms could also be described as:

Maladaptive Daydreaming Disorder (this is pretty much a given in my case, although this is not an "official" diagnostic term yet)+
Schiziod personality disorder (which I've been diagnosed as having "features of" and which seems to cover most of my social symptoms)+
Emotional Dysregulation (Not Emotional Dysregulation Disorder, which refers to Borderline Personality Disorder, which two different psychologists already claim that I don't have)+
Suicidal Idealization (I don't fit the criteria for any specific mood disorder, like depression or bipolar)+
(Subclincal?) Sensory Processing Disorder [possibly with Auditory Processing Disorder]+
(Subclinical?) Dyspraxia+
Subclinical Executive Functioning Issues (although this likely stems from the Maladaptive Daydreaming Disorder)

Of course, it's not impossible that I would have been diagnosed with "Just Needs To Grow The Hell Up" in such a world, as this is also a suspected diagnosis in this world.
