What's your point? Liberals never waste a moment to tear apart conservatives. With Holder gone (though he's not really going anywhere any time soon), some conservatives might have the good fortune of getting a break from liberal attacks through the DoJ.
The only thing that seems to unite both sides, however brief, is death. LOL If Obama's dog died, that might be the only way he could get any relief. Same would apply if Obama was a Reaganesque conservative.
Conservatives shoot themselves in the foot. Liberals are not tearing them apart without cause. Too much corruption in the Conservative party. Not that it does not exist in the Liberal party too, but since Obama has been in office,
Liberals are not pure as driven snow, either?you KINDA said, sure?but if you want to talk corruption, Democrats have refused to follow the very laws THEY passed, Obama being the main one with his "pen and a phone." No president has the right to rewrite laws passed by Congress. That's not how it works, and with Democratic control of the Senate has largely helped Obama get away with offenses a Republican president would have been impeached for.
I love the brilliant foreign policy moves wrt Syria. Well, uh, we really do NOT want to do this, but? Air strikes and sanctions. Yeah? Fun times.
We have to look reluctant to go to war so the optics are different from Bush. The problem is we're in for a protracted war, which we've never in our history, nor has anyone in history, ever succeeded with. Plain fact is we got out of Iraq too early without getting the job done. We created a vacuum in leaving and people are literally losing their heads over it. What's most telling, though, is the timing. "When in doubt, bomb something" was the Clinton strategy, and it seems to be working to distract the public from how bad domestic policy has been.
Who knows? Eric Holder resigning might be the best thing that could have happened towards improving public perception of Obama's domestic policies.
On stealing votes?ok, I'll give you that one. Republicans are revamping their platform to favor amnesty and to steer clear of LGBT issues with the apparent hope of just making liberal opponents shut up and go away. Republicans no longer represent their voter base and I resent that. But, honestly, just what is it they think they can accomplish? Republicans go liberal just to get the votes? Do they really think Democratic voters are going to vote for them when they ALREADY have a party platform that represents their interests? Their strategy has been to hide behind the Democratic party, alienate their voter base, and create an environment in which if voters have to chose between Republicans who won't represent them and Democrats who they wouldn't vote for in a million years, they'd rather just stay home than even bother going to the polls.
