Apparently even if you quit alcohol your risk of cancer will never be as low as a never drinker.

Dwelling on the fact will stress you out and lower your immune system and make you more susceptible to all sorts of illnesses. Better to just know it as a fact that exists and move on with your life and be present & happy.

I bought a 6 pack of some kind of IPA in the USA today. Also a few huge cans of strong lager. They’re 25 fluid ounces, so just over 2 regular cans by volume, and 10% abv. So just over 4 regular cans of beer’s worth of alcohol in one can. Which means a single one of those would put me over the .05 driving limit and possibly even over the .08 criminal limit. 
Definitely will be drinking those when I know I’m not going to be driving for at least 5 hours. Probably sip one at the beach when I’m gonna be there for 5-6 hours kinda thing.

Crest Super and Faxe Extra Strong are both 10% and they're definitely either 'getting SFD' or 'extra slow sipping' beers. Sometimes both.

Your risk of cancer will never be zero, no matter how much effort you put towards that goal.
