Hello all, just a really quick hello before I start joining in with the general conversations.

I’m Jane, from Australia. Late diagnosed ASD, ADHD, CPTSD and Autistic burnout. I’m also a parent to an ASD, ADHD, Tourette’s teen. Both immediate and extended family have a lot of ND, in various forms.

I’m a little excited to find a forum, I haven’t used one for years because they all shut down and moved to Facebook groups. Which I find overwhelming and not great for my mental health and scroll addiction.

Looking forward to getting to know you all.

Yes, true: even here in Italy the forums either close, or are frequented by people who are generally not ND.

Hello all I'm new here to. My name is Emma & I live in the north west of England. I was diagnosed at 38 with Asperger's (under the ICD as I didn't meet the autism criteria under the DSM) having previously been diagnosed with ADHD. I also have bipolar disorder. Professionally, I'm a mental health nurse and academic specialising in psychology: cognition & personality. I'm professionally assessed as a divergent TiNi ENFJ under CPT. I love philosophy, psychology, history, gymnastics, football (soccer) and anime. I'm also a massive dog lover. I have a wonderful neurotypical fiancé and a beautiful 5 year old son who also has ADHD (he's on the pathway but too young to be diagnosed).
