I've tried so many times before and I always end up on a higher dose than before.

I think I've been using it for about 20 years at least so I don't know how long it would take me to taper off it.

From personal experience , for me . It took about two weeks of tapering , but I made sure , i had a more natural supplement , that even remotely had similiar side effects equivolent to the Mirtazapine. Wnd add that in more slowly to your daily supplementation. The more natural a supplement is , generally it is eadier to get off of. Than the concentrated stuff in prescriptions .. If you can gind a way to ginance a bisut to a good ( well reccomended Naturopath) .
That eould be a faster route . But if you just take time to do your own research . On a few supplements , that mmight have a like profile to Mirtazepine .. It might pay off too.( just a thought). based on my own past experience.

Oh that's good information to know. Thank you Jakki.

Don't know about a naturopath though. Where would I find one of those.

I still don't understand the idea of fitting in.

I literally did that.
It's a mixed bag. It's either a burnout inducing unpaid exhausting fulltime job, or a really exciting hobby that can empower.

Why is that everyone assume it's always guaranteed it's the latter?

So does relationships.
It's always a gamble whether one may work at it or not. Was it the right person? Was it the right and mutually agreed dynamic?

Why assume that's some cure for one's loneliness or whatever unwanted status quo?

Is there a word for this phenomenon of an assumption?
I'm not sure if generalizing is the right word for it.

But then...
I'm a negative person.
Negative enough to put every hype into scrutiny.

For example; the Japanese culture.
For most people, it's either from the anime or the novelty comparison from their current culture.

What I see is super strict social mores that I'm certain will not survive, and that I'm not so surprised that the population is shrinking.

The same with going abroad as another example, say, at the USA.
For people around me, it's this colonial mentality, the historical contexts and whatever social status hype.

What I see instead is that said cultures abroad are not any better. Grass can look greener on the other side -- why can't others see that?
And it's a gamble. Not every OFWs are 'lucky'. Some OFWs end up ruining their lives instead.

So...
What's the precise term for such assumption?
Romanticizing is closer but... Not quite.

Relationships are a gamble. I didn't used to understand that but I do now but I don't really invest in them too much but I don't mind a bit of a flutter every now and then.

So I've gone from 45mg to 30 since Friday. I'm OK.

I did feel a bit on edge on Saturday and half of yesterday but that cleared. I dropped down about another 3mg last night and I do feel OK. I've been up a ladder all day and I've not felt any dizziness. The only thing is is that I'm sweating and it feels like a frost all down my back

Uncertainty is a motivation killer for me.

I can work and work and work -- and how would one know if the reward is guaranteed?

Well...
Trust and certainty is a huge thing to me when it came to be disciplined.

And I'm not easy to give trust.

Well not knowing all the circumstances of being on a ladder , while Tiltrating down your amount of Meds ..seems either way , sweating is still a part of how the body de-toxxes itself 8O. :D :D

I was up a ladder because I was decorating. Nothing to do with tapering of medication

I thinking that if a shave off about 3mg every second night then that should be enough to keep me stable
