I don't mind cows milk as an ingredient in other stuff... like cakes or bread and what have you?

I drank cows milk straight as a kid but it would feel sickly to do that now.

3000 jump ropes in 25 minutes

I don't know how that would measure up in the world of extreme skipping but it's certainly a record for me :D

You'd be even more impressed if you saw how tight the space is that I do it in

I might join a Jim me. I mean a gym

I don't mean specifically for the machines and stuff because I'm happy with what I can do at home but I'm thinking more for the socialising part of it

The thing I like about the gym is that you can go and everyone there is busy doing stuff so you don't actually have to interact but you can if you like but everyone has a common goal as well.

It's a bit like being in a social situation without the pressure of having to socialise and that's why I like the gym...plus they're open 24 7 so you can just move in if you like

The infrared light has worked wonders in evening out my skin tone. I was a bit skeptical of it at first but I can see a marked improvement. I shall keep this treatment going I think

I don't think my digestive system likes soup. I might have to review this situation

thoughts from two different classes of folks-
"all the good things in life are either illegal, immoral, or fattening." (w.c. fields)
"if it tastes good, spit it out- chances are it's bad for you." (Jack lalanne)

I know that I don't have MS because I've been tested for it because of my lesions or tumours or whatever but this tight band feeling around my torso really makes me wonder sometimes...but then I'm OK after a day or two. It is debilitating though. Last night I was struggling to breath because of the pain of it. It has eased off throughout the course of the day and I'm hoping it'll be more or less gone by tomorrow

I never know whether it's a physical thing or a mental thing or maybe it's both
