This site is definitely being used -- there are posts being submitted daily, and the latest one was submitted just a few minutes ago. If it's messages you are missing, then maybe it's because no one has sent you any.

Are you looking at the front page? The blog posts there haven't been updated since 2018. The site itself appears to be inactive but the attached forums are active and there are plenty of people posting daily.
