I thought I was autistic but apparently I had adhd and moderate depression

The best diagnosis is an accurate diagnosis...so, congratulations on your improved self-understanding.

Though I have not had the official details, a few days ago I finished the assessment process and he shared a few of the results which surprized me because the results I heard were deeper on the spectrum then I thought.
Is an odd feeling...


Glad you were diagnosed so you know more about yourself. Hope depression goes and you can be happy.

You're still welcome here. There are lots of members who have ADHD and some people say that ADHD is part of the spectrum.
