Other than the ones on my head? Yes, many times. I used to catch them in the fields and woods around where I lived when I was a kid.

Most of the pets I've had as a kid were various animals I've caught outside. I cant tell if a snake is poisonous or not so I never caught out. I kinda like the idea of having a snake but I prefer other types of pets so I never bought one. I might be interested if someone was giving a snake away & I knew I could afford to take care of it & I had time to do some research first to be sure I could take good care of one.

I love this response :lmao:

I remembered I have pet a snake a couple times. One time was a friend of a friend who brought a couple pet snakes with him & maybe once or twice at a zoo when I was little.

I have. I liked the slithering sensation. I'd like to get a black, red and yellow snake and name her Heidi.

They're a really popular type for keeping as pets, so you should be able to find lots of good advice.

I wonder if there's any such thing as a red, white and blue snake.

Never, but I'd be interested in trying. Under the right circumstances!

(There are only 6 species of wild land reptile in my entire country, and two of those are extremely rare. If you see a snake, there's a 50% chance it's the dangerous one.)

That's the best I could find.

I love holding snakes. I would absolutely have at least one snake as a pet if I could handle feeding them.
